ABOUT SCOTT
Scott A. Hayes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 22 years of experience as a mental health practitioner. His professional interests are in educating minority populations regarding the importance of integrating systems to include regular mental health care as a part of overall health and wellness, which he promotes on the community health panels he's regularly invited to join. Scott holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Tuskegee University and a Master of Social Work from Alabama A&M University. He's also a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated.
ABOUT SHATÉ
Shaté L. Hayes is a creative entrepreneur at the intersection of education and media production with a passion for producing programming that inspires personal and professional advancement, especially for marginalized communities. A former senior leader of a high volume educational content production team at a market-leading EdTech company, she’s actively engaged in the community through speaking, career and business advising, and regular contributions national publications. Shaté earned a BA in Psychology from Spelman College and a Masters of Fine Arts in Dance from Sam Houston State University. She's also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
