We find this lesson from Eric Roberson’s book “LESSONS, 100 Thoughts on Life & Love” truly fascinating so we’re delighted to explore it in today’s episode.

In this candid conversation, we talk about what happens when you focus on giving to others. Giving can bring us a sense of joy, fulfillment, and purpose that is hard to find elsewhere. When we focus on giving to others, we create a cycle of positivity that can benefit everyone involved. Whether we're giving our time, our resources, or our attention, every act of kindness can make a difference in someone's life.
