Lesson #14: “Sometimes a leap of faith doesn't bring immediate results.”
We find this lesson from Eric Roberson’s book “LESSONS, 100 Thoughts on Life & Love” truly fascinating so we’re delighted to explore it in today’s episode.
What really happens when you take a leap of faith? It could be fall, flight, sink, swim. You could do any or ALL of those things. The question is: how do you navigate through those? Because giving up is not an option.
WHAT TO LISTEN FOR:

Everything that you’ve learned so far will be useful in your journey

Negating others’ journey and invalidating the difficulty of what they’ve gone through could be problematic

EPISODE QUOTES:
Real life will be you take the leap, you might fall right in between the cliffs, but there will always be something down there to help you journey back to the other cliff. And so it's really more about progress.

What I'm learning more about myself is that I think that it's almost like working out, it's almost like I'm doing this in an effort to just be stronger and be better at being a person who takes the leap of faith.
- Scott Hayes
Yes, sometimes you will fail, you will fall. But it's possible the purpose of the fall is part of the process of the leap. The leap is a move within your faith.
